The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-run, values-led children’s residential provider who is looking to add an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker to a solo-bedded home.
This is a stable placement with one young person currently in situ, offering consistency, structure, and the chance to genuinely make a difference without the chaos of larger homes.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*
Experience working in a children’s residential home
*
Confident supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs
*
Strong safeguarding awareness
*
Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
Desirable:
*
NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
*
Senior experience or readiness to step up
*
18+ months / 2+ years in children’s residential care
