We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our Edinburgh office and support the smooth running of the business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently and managing a varied workload across administration, accounts support, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct enquiries as required
* Monitor, send, and respond to emails in a timely manner
* Process quotes and invoices accurately
* Maintain organised filing systems and general office records
* Manage daily office administration with minimal supervision
* Support the wider business with ad hoc administrative duties as needed
