Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and committed chef de partie to join our client stunning 4* hotel in the Cotswolds.
The establishment has 2AA Rosettes and fantastic reputation and working alongside with well known Head chef.
There is a strong emphasis on producing modern British cuisine and using ingredients sourced as locally as possible and always in keeping with the seasons.
You as chef de partie need to be capable run hot section of the kitchen and work clean at all times.
The large, modern kitchen is well equipped to deal with the high level of conference and banqueting as well as a strong trade from both the fine dining restaurant and the more informal option for dining guests.
This is a great opportunity for a chef de partie to develop their skills and work as part of a passionate team to further develop the business. The average working week will be around hours which spans 5 days over 7.
