Food Production Supervisor - Pay Negotiable - Walsall - Ongoing Work. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Food Production Supervisor to lead a team of 8-15 operatives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment based in Walsall.
Start Times: Between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Walsall
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising and motivating a team across multiple production stations
* Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality
* Monitoring productivity and workflow to meet daily targets
* Supporting training and development of team members
* Communicating effectively with management and other departments
What We're Looking For
* Previous supervisory experience in food production or manufacturing
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Physically fit and comfortable with early start times
* A team-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
