Supplier Management Lead – Holland & Barrett
We are looking for a commercial‑savvy leader who enjoys negotiating, connecting dots, and influencing outcomes to drive supplier value and elevate our commercial capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Turn analytics into actionable commercial moves that improve negotiation outcomes and supplier profitability.
* Coach Category Managers and Directors across the UK & Ireland and Benelux in end‑to‑end negotiation thinking and storytelling.
* Shape supplier strategies, partnering on category strategies and negotiating plans that balance short‑term wins with long‑term advantage.
* Lead or support negotiations, adding structure, insight and commercial sharpness that moves the needle.
* Embed new ways of working across the group to build consistency, confidence and capability in supplier relationships.

* Deliver commercial value and help hit 3‑year planning ambitions.
* Increase confidence and negotiation skill of the teams you coach.
* Provide clear, compelling reporting that makes complex opportunities obvious.
* Become a recognised expert in supplier management and a go‑to partner for commercial, finance, supply chain, and group stakeholders.
* Foster a cultural shift toward increased consistency, confidence and capability in supplier management.
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Extensive experience in buying, commercial trading, supplier management or account management and sales within the retail sector.
* A track record of supplier negotiations and structuring commercial terms.
* Ability to translate insight into clear, actionable stories.
* Confidence influencing senior partners across functions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder wrangling and organisational skills.
* Strategic mind‑set and ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
* Strong commercial acumen – P&L understanding, margin thinking and value‑chain awareness.
