Green Hall Nursery, Manager required – Little Learners at Greenhall, part of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Manager for Little Learners. This is an exciting time for Little Learners as we develop our provision to meet the needs of our community.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, a passion for early years education and a commitment to inclusive practice.
Responsibilities
* Loves coming into nursery each day to spend time with our precious little ones and lead a fantastic staff team
* Leads by example and participates in play, encouraging creativity and exploration
* Is organised, professional, remains calm and has clarity of thought
* Shapes the business for the future while maintaining high quality education and care
* Works WITH all stakeholders, investing time to know our children, families and staff and willing to go the extra mile
* Reads and researches best practice in early years (evidence based), reflects on this and, where appropriate, implements it with explanations to engage stakeholders
* Cares about details and handles sensitive conversations with families; ensures communications are accurate and organised
* Is loving, kind and supportive to children and staff
* Has the courage to do the right thing, even when difficult; is committed to creating an inclusive society and ensuring all children get the support they need to thrive
* Creates a welcoming environment and communicates positively with children, families and staff
* Holds a full and relevant EYFS qualification at Level 3 or above, with at least 5 years of experience, and a minimum Level 2 in maths (or will achieve within two years of starting)
* Treats working with young children as a privilege

Job details
* Full-time, permanent
* Salary: Grade 9, 37 hours a week, FTE £39,152–£44,075
* Opening hours: 7.30am–6pm, Monday–Friday
* Open for 51 weeks of the year
* Closing date: 9am on Monday 22nd September 2025
