Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus car & 15% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly

About the Regional Manager Role
This role is fundamental to achieving Jasmine’s mission and objectives. It will lead up to six of Jasmine’s Home Managers and ensure the high standards of care are given at all times by overseeing the operations, quality, and performance of their care homes. This role bridges the gap between the Leadership Support Team (LST) and individual care home managers.
Role Responsibilities as the Regional Manager

* Development & engagement of the team
* Care & Compliance of care homes
* Ambassadorship (Occupancy & Recruitment)
* P&L responsibility
Role Requirements as the Regional Manager
* 3+ years experience as a CQC Registered Manager of a residential home
* 3+ years experience of being in a regional support role of at least four care homes
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7 OR a qualified registered nurse with active PIN
* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable with frequent travel (including 80+ miles per day, as needed)
* Resides within 60 minutes of the Jasmine Support Hub (NG34 7EQ)
* Confident using technology (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems)
