My well-established client is looking for a National Account Executive to support the National Account Manager on day-to-day tasks providing information as required. Responsibilities
* Manage communication with customers to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
* Improve customer satisfaction levels by documenting, investigating, and resolving customer enquiries.
* Prepare quotations and set up new accounts.
* Process orders and prepare KPI reports.
* Plan, organise, support, attend and deliver both customer and supplier visits.
Requirements
* Driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Previous relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience desirable.
* Previous sales or sales support experience.
