Overview
We are looking for a Welfare Officer to join our client at the Wethersfield site. They are an independent organisation that provides accommodation services to multiple organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in central and local government as well as the charitable sector.
The Welfare Officer at Wethersfield is responsible for providing direct advice and safeguarding support to Service Users on site. Wethersfield’s sole purpose is to provide temporary, safe accommodation to the Service Users.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct advice and safeguarding support to Service Users on site.
* Conduct room inspections, maintain accurate records, keep systems up to date and adhere to company procedures at all times.
* Work to an assigned caseload and follow the organisation’s procedures.
Working pattern
Working a 48 hour week consisting of 12 hour day and night shifts: Day shift 7:00 – 19:00, Night shift 19:00 – 07:00.
