ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Capabilities plays a vital role within the GSC External Supply, Supply chain organization, overseeing key responsibilities in colleague capabilities, training, on-boarding, innovation, and digital tools adoption. This role is a member of the T3 ES Supply Chain Leadership team with responsibility as follows: Advance the ES Supply Chain capability center concept, content, and tools for ES Supply Chain, working with process & systems colleagues with a view towards NexGen capabilities. Act as the Prime BPM process intelligence Global Process Owner for ES Supply Chain. Develop & deploy training curricula for ES Supply Chain roles. Develop and implement the ES Supply Chain Innovation strategy, with a focus on automation, digitization, and AI. Act as the project manager for critical T3 CI’s progressing colleague capabilities with signification outcomes. Develop and maintain the ES Supply Chain budget for funding innovation & digitization CI initiatives. Collaborate across functions to advance the innovation funnel in accordance with OpU priorities. Stay informed of the latest digital innovations relevant to colleague capabilities, and propagate knowledge through colleague COPs, training curricula, LT education, etc. Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for colleagues new to role. Develop and execute the ES Supply Chain colleague communications strategy, and leading communication content development, governance process and execution. Partnering with compliance colleagues to ensure appropriate procedural documentation and ownership Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BA/BS or MBA/MS with strong experience or PhD/JD with limited experience or MD/DVM with limited relevant experience Strong background in project management and leading cross-functional teams Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GxP) Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, including network design, warehousing, and transportation planning Deep understanding of SAP, BOBJ, and Tableau systems Solid grasp of the Pharma Quality and Regulatory framework Exceptional communication and presentation skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Master's degree Relevant pharmaceutical experience Good Bio-Pharma business acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Work Location Assignment: Hybrid Purpose Breakthroughs that change patients' lives At Pfizer we are a patient centric company, guided by our four values: courage, joy, equity and excellence.
