About the role:
* Support the class teacher with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom activities.
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and promote engagement.
* Help pupils develop positive social and behavioural skills by modelling a respectful and encouraging attitude.
* Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organising classroom materials.
* Support pupils with additional needs through targeted interventions and group work.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in working with children.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Previous experience working with children (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential.
* A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive school environment.
