Overview
During this placement, the activities you may undertake will include:
* Developing content for external communications including sourcing content for articles, writing engaging stories for the web and drafting press releases;
* Developing content and ideas for social media;
* Creating presentations and audiovisual material;
* Organising events - for media and customer visits including attending industry exhibitions;
* Contributing ideas for overall UK communications campaigns and monitoring KPIs.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Studying towards a degree related to Communications, Media, International Politics and Content Marketing;
* Ability to use G Suite;
* Ability to write content in different formats - suitable for the web, social media and media releases.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

This role is within the UK Communications team for Airbus Defence and Space.
