We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Team Leader to manage and deliver high-quality cleaning services across a social housing portfolio.This is a hands-on role leading a dispersed team of cleaners across multiple sites, including HMOs, hostels, sheltered housing and office environments. You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while supporting staff and engaging positively with residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
2. Supervise, support and motivate cleaning staff
3. Plan rotas, allocate workloads and carry out quality inspections
4. Oversee void, deep and specialist cleans
5. Ensurepliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
6. Act as the main point of contact for cleaning service enquiries and feedback
About You
7. Previous experience supervising or leading cleaning teams
8. Knowledge of cleaning standards within social housing or similar settings
9. Strong organisational andmunication skills
10. Calm, professional approach in sensitive environments
11. Full UK manual driving licence
