A supportive and inclusive secondary school in the WN3 area is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential for a permanent offer for the right candidate. Role Highlights: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs (including autism, ADHD, and SEMH) Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to adapt resources and ensure inclusive learning Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills Contribute to a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in schools, care, or community settings) A patient, empathetic, and consistent approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine desire to support students in overcoming barriers to learning Why Join This School?
