Help Us Win More Work & Grow Our clients Refurb Division
We’re looking for an experienced Estimator (Refurb) to join our client’s growing team, pricing roofing and cladding refurbishment projects up to £200k. You’ll work closely with main contractors, build relationships, and play a key role in winning new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing tender documents and project specs
* Attending 1–2 site visits per week
* Preparing accurate, competitive estimates (approx. 10 per month)
* Identifying risks and offering cost-effective alternatives
* Building strong relationships with main contractors
* Providing clear handovers to operations, procurement & commercial teams
* Supporting project teams with any post-award queries
* Keeping up to date with materials, pricing, and market trends
What They’re Looking For
* Experience estimating roofing & cladding refurbishment projects
* Commercial/industrial or warehouse refurbishment experience
* Strong understanding of technical drawings
* Good Excel and IT skills
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
