Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our engineering strategy—driving continuous improvement, ensuring food safety and compliance, and enhancing our manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities : Lead engineering capital projects from scoping to execution, ensuring food safety, H&S, and budget compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, Hygiene, and external contractors. Develop and manage annual capital investment plans and CI projects. Monitor engineering KPIs and create action plans to meet business objectives. Support and develop engineering teams through coaching, 1:1s, and succession planning. Deputise for the Project Manager when required, leading meetings and overseeing operational continuity. Degree / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). NEBOSH/IOSH qualified (essential); Project Management qualification and Six Sigma (desirable). Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for continuous improvement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
