Position: Recruitment Resourcer (Maternity Cover) [WC5341]
Salary: Pro rata of £25,783 - £26,972 per annum (i.e. £18,466.20 - £19,317.78)
Hours: 26.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Worthing College Campus, Worthing, United Kingdom
Contract type: Fixed term maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
Role summary: Working within the Recruitment Team, you will support the Sales Team with recruitment and onboarding of learners in Apprenticeships across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of learners for apprenticeship programmes.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
* Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
* Support day‑to‑day activities of the Recruitment Team.
* Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across sites.
Qualifications & skills:
* Excellent communicator with high attention to detail.
* Self‑motivated, proactive and adaptable.
* Strong IT skills and comfortable using recruitment software.
* Willingness to travel between different sites.
* Experience or interest in apprenticeship recruitment is an advantage.
Working environment: Office‑based role at the Worthing College Campus.
