We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Children's Home located in Nottingham.
We provide high standard care to children and young people with learning and developmental disabilities. We endeavour to create a homely nurturing environment that exceeds the needs of the children and young people - enabling them to express their unique personalities, feel safe and enrich their lives. Our behaviour management techniques and plans are based on therapeutic approaches, MAPA and PACE model of care.
Working as a Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people - ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.

What we are looking for:
* 2 years minimum residential childcare experience
* 1 year experience working either as a Deputy Manager or as a Senior Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home.
* Experience of working with children with learning and developmental disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.
* Supervision and internal audits experience.
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* You will hold a current driving license (Preferred but not essential).
* To be excited and driven by the prospect of gaining a recognised qualification with full financial and practical support from us (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care).
* To have up to date knowledge of The Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and other relevant childcare legislation, government guidance and best practice
