About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will supervise whole classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee set work left by absent teachers.
Manage the behaviour of students in the classroom to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
To provide cover to the inclusion hub.
Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
Support the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
