The Role You’ll work closely with clients across the UK and beyond, providing advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including: Day-to-day HR advice and employee relations issues Drafting contracts, policies and procedures Employment tribunal litigation - from ET3s to hearings Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements Providing employment support on corporate transactions Supporting and delivering client training sessions Getting involved in business development activities What You’ll Bring 1-4 years’ PQE, ideally with employment law experience in a commercial firm Genuine interest in employment and immigration law Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and research ability Organised and able to manage competing priorities A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Commercial awareness and client-focused approach Why Apply?
