Working Hours: 15 hours per week, weekend working 8am-4pm

Salary: £25,110 - £32,090 per annum (pro rata)

As a Support Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our team, providing vital assistance and guidance to individuals on their journey towards sustained housing.

What You’ll Do
Key duties will include:
1. Offering holistic support and enhanced housing management to service users accessing the NSNO service in Bradford.
2. Collaborating closely with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure comprehensive care.
3. Empowering individuals to overcome barriers, achieve independence, and maintain permanent tenancies.
4. Assisting clients at risk of losing their tenancies to prevent homelessness and promote stability.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
5. Experience of supporting vulnerable people is essential.
6. Knowledge of the causes of alcohol/substance misuse, mental health and homelessness.
7. Experience of support planning and risk assessing is desirable.
8. Knowledge of housing options available and relevant legislation is desirable.
9. Empathy and compassion, along with the ability to build trusting relationships.
10. Problem-solving aptitude to help clients overcome challenges.
11. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
