Join to apply for the Recovery Assistant role at Abri Group. We are recruiting for an Income Recovery Assistant to join our Income Recovery team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be based from our Yeovil office.
As part of the team, you will be contacting customers who have fallen into rent arrears, understanding why, signposting them to internal and external support agencies, and setting up rent repayment plans. You will use a variety of methods to contact customers to help prevent arrears from escalating. You will also undertake some administration tasks for the wider team to develop knowledge of our systems. Our Housing Professional of the Future training programme will allow you to take the first step into a Housing Career. Responsibilities
* Contact customers who have fallen into rent arrears to understand their circumstances and explore solutions that are in the best interest of the customer and Abri.
* Signpost customers to internal and external support agencies.
* Set up rent repayment plans and use various contact methods to prevent arrears from escalating.
* Perform administrative tasks to support the Income Recovery team and develop knowledge of relevant systems.
