The Community Access team is the 'front door' into adult social care, providing information, advice, guidance, and support. They conduct initial assessments, signpost to other services, and work mainly via telephone with opportunities for home visits. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the department via calls, online submissions, and emails. You should have a professional telephone manner, good communication skills, be organized, and computer literate. Support will be provided to enhance your community knowledge. Your role includes preliminary screenings, maintaining accurate records, and providing efficient service. We seek customer-focused, dedicated, and motivated team players. We support adults to improve their lives through high-quality, person-centered social care.
