The school nurse plays a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of students in a boarding school setting. They provide expert medical care, manage day-to-day health needs, and respond swiftly to emergencies. The nurse builds trust with students, supporting their physical and emotional health while offering guidance on wellness and self-care. They collaborate with parents, staff, and external healthcare providers to ensure each student receives individual attention and care. By promoting health education and fostering a safe environment, the nurse contributes to a supportive community where students can thrive both academically and personally.
