This is a great volunteering admin role supporting our Patient Feedback and the Involvement & Engagement teams. You will be supporting the gathering, collation and promotion of patient, carer and staff feedback via the Friends and Family Test training and event evaluations and bespoke questionnaires.
We have a statutory duty to gather this feedback which is submitted to NHS England. This feedback gives us insight into what we do well as well as areas of improvement.
Main duties of the job
The role is intended to support our patient feedback team and enhance the service they offer.
Please see below what you may be involved in with this role:
* Inputting feedback data on to the computer system
* Printing and distributing FFT cards and posters
* Preparing resources for posting to services
* Various admin tasks to support the patient feedback manager

Applying to become a volunteer may seem a little daunting for some people however, the volunteer service is here to guide and support you through the process.

Throughout the process you will have informal meetings with us and the service where you will be volunteering. In addition to this we will require you to:

* Complete a Disclosure and Barring Service* (DBS) Check,
* Complete an Occupational health assessment
* Give details for two references
* Complete relevant training.

DBS checks for volunteers are free and the level of check is dependent on the role you are undertaking.
