Driver Hire Leeds West is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are a specialist transport and logistics recruitment agency, focused on building strong relationships with our drivers and clients to deliver exceptional service.
The Role
1. Build and maintain a temporary workforce and strong client relationships.
2. Handle recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Ensure compliance with our strict operating procedures.
4. Manage bookings efficiently and explore new business opportunities.
5. Deliver excellent customer service to drivers and clients.
6. Undertake sales, marketing, and social media activities to support business growth.
Requirements
7. Some recruitment experience preferred.
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Good spoken and written English.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
