Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
* Driving is essential for this role.
* Empower individuals to make their own choices.
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices.
* Be willing and able to travel to ensure high‑quality care.
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
