Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire East Salary: £22,996 – £25,068 (dependent on experience & qualifications)Hours: 40 hours per week | Term Time OnlyContract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a passionate and supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils feel safe, supported, and confident while supporting their learning and development throughout the school day.

Support pupils with learning activities and care needs Encourage independence and promote positive behaviour Build warm, trusting relationships with pupils Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Adapt to a range of needs with patience and flexibility
About You
Essential: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C / Level 3 or above) Experience working with children or young people with SEN (paid or voluntary) Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Desirable: Level 2+ qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning Knowledge of SEN, SEMH, or ASD Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
