We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at The Windmill Village Hotel, The Manor Hotel, and the National Conference Centre. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid media and search engine optimisation (SEO) to future-proof our digital presence across two independently owned hotels and a thriving conference centre. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage digital campaigns, optimise websites, and create content that reaches and engages both B2B and B2C audiences.
Youll work closely with the Head of Marketing and a Marketing Executive, with the opportunity to shape and influence campaigns, customer journeys, and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Linked In, Google Ads, and other platforms.
* Develop and optimise the websites for our hotels and conference centre, improving traffic, conversions, and user experience.
* Contribute to SEO through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content creation.
* Support content creation for social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Linked In, and Instagram, tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
* Manage and improve visibility via SEO/SEM, tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
* Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to monitor performance and report actionable insights.
* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, embracing innovation, AI, automation, and new tools to enhance the guest journey.
* Oversee online platforms such as ResDiary, Guestline, Gift Voucher Systems, and Spa Booking Systems to ensure seamless customer experiences.
About You
Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and analytical, with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a desire to grow within a supportive team.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
* 2+ years managing paid media campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g. SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
* Comfortable using Google Analytics and paid media platforms to assess and improve campaign performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple brands and target audiences.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in the hospitality or events sector.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
* Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance marketing efficiency and personalisation.
