What skills and experience we're looking for The role involves supervising children during lunchtime, arranging appropriate activities during wet play and initiating and supervising play on the playground. Our friendly team of Midday Assistants supervise children during the lunchtime period in the dining hall, class areas and on the playground. The successful candidate must enjoy working with children and as part of a team and will be expected to effectively apply the school's behaviour policy.
