Your Opportunity
As part of our graduate programme, you’ll choose your preferred sector and location, with opportunities across:
* Electricity Energy Networks – working on primary plant systems (11kV to >400kV), protection & control, cable systems, and power systems analysis.
* Nuclear – contributing to high‑impact decommissioning projects.
* Thermal Generation – supporting the evolution of thermal assets with efficiency and sustainability.
In these teams, you will work with experts to provide high‑value technical support through all phases of development, including:
* Optioneering and cost‑benefit analysis.
* FEED (Front‑End‑Engineering‑Design) to progress concept design.
* Detailed design and BIM models.
* Construction and operation monitoring.
* Interface with stakeholders such as utilities, network operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, investors, developers and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Specification
We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference.
All opportunities require a relevant bachelor's degree as a minimum; some may require a master's. You should have less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements) and a degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one of the following disciplines:
* Electrical Engineering
* Power Systems Engineering
