We have exciting opportunities for Senior Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at our Totland Bay care home.
Little Hayes Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 people over the age of 65, some of whom are living with dementia or physical health needs, and has a CQC rating of Good.
Skills and abilities required:
• you must have a minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care
• you must be able to administer and record medication
• you should have the ability to be able to lead a team, and have good communication skills
• you need to be flexible in your working hours to fit in with the shift pattern.
A competitive salary is offered, which will be discussed at the interview. This is a full time position of 36 hours a week, and we are looking for day and night Seniors.
