Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality setting
* A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
* Strong organisational skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen culture
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (preferred)
