The Role
You’ll take ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with commercial, operations and planning teams, you’ll provide high-quality support and develop long-term client relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts
Overseeing new specifications and ensuring projects are processed accurately
Preparing accurate quotations and following up to a win/loss outcome
Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing monthly updates and forecasts to the senior management team
What We’re Looking for:
Experienced in customer service or account management within a manufacturing or technical environment
Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple projects
Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with business systems
A proactive problem-solver with strong commercial awareness
