A mixed private school in Bath, Somerset, catering to 750 students and staff daily. The role involves working in a busy kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, supper, and evening snacks. The position is term-time plus, working 48 weeks per year, with a 7-day operation schedule (working 5 out of 7 days). Free on-site parking is available.

We are seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Bath.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
* Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
* Creativity and skill showcase ability.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate effectively with a team of chefs to provide catering services to pupils and teachers.
* Prepare food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, adhering to brand standards.
* Maintain food standards and control wastage.
* Follow Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
Skills and Attributes
* Genuine interest in food and excellent customer service skills.
* Team player with innovation and passion for quality food.
* Organized with attention to detail.
* Understanding of food cost and wastage management.
* Proficiency in verbal and written English.
* Experience in customer service or food preparation environment preferred.
