This role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including property developers, HNW individuals, investors and commercial businesses, alongside the chance to work on high-quality, complex transactions. The Role – High-Quality Commercial Property Work You will play a key role within the team, managing your own caseload while supporting on larger, high-value transactions. Key responsibilities include: Managing a diverse commercial property caseload from instruction to completion Supporting on complex, high-value transactions with senior colleagues Advising a broad client base across sectors including development, hospitality, retail and agriculture Delivering a commercial, practical and client-focused service Building and maintaining strong client relationships Core Areas of Work You will have experience across: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Landlord & Tenant matters, including: Negotiation of new leases and renewals Drafting ancillary documentation Advising on Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 matters Infrastructure and development agreements Property-related construction documentation About You – Skills & Experience Required To be considered, you will demonstrate: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5 years’ PQE Strong UK commercial property experience within private practice Proven ability to manage an independent caseload Excellent technical knowledge across core commercial property disciplines Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Ability to work collaboratively within a team on larger transactions Excellent communication and organisational skills Why Join This Opportunity?
