Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and owners, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience
* Provide information about park facilities, entertainment, and local attractions both in person and over the phone
* Assist with guest and owner requests, feedback, and issue resolution
* Manage administrative tasks such as bookings, arrivals, cash reconciliation, and documentation
* Support the coordination of events and activities for guests and owners
* Help create a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors
Required Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
