You’re a growth-minded social media pro who sets the strategy, builds the systems and runs the plays that amplifies customers, scales advocacy, and grows a thriving community around the Zappi brand.

This isn’t a “post-and-manage” role. It’s a chance to build something that drives real impact. You will:
* Spotlight our customers. Turn customer wins, partnerships, and success stories into proof of what makes Zappi different—and why the best brands trust us.
* Run ABM-aligned social plays. Partner with Customer Marketing and BDR teams to multithread into key accounts and expand relationships through content and engagement.
* Make our product tangible. Bring our platform, people, and products to life through authentic, human stories and behind-the-scenes content.
* Shape signature, social-first storytelling. Create original series and narratives that blend education, inspiration, and entertainment while bridging marketing and insights audiences.
* Scale employee advocacy. Make advocacy a reach multiplier by building systems, playbooks, and recognition programs that activate Zappi employeess at scale.
* Be the guardrail and curator. Protect our content model—ensuring social stays social. Triage requests with clarity and context, and confidently defend what doesn’t align.
* Measure what matters. Own KPIs, dashboards, and insights that inform continuous learning and smarter decisions.
* Bring the creativity and fun. Infuse the energy of our bold, disrupter brand with creative ideas and new concepts that help us stand out.



Responsibilities

Create content that earns attention and bring the Zappi brand to life
Plan and ship social-first content that stands out in a crowded feed — thought-provoking posts, bold narratives, and short-form stories that make people stop scrolling. You’ll bring the Zappi brand to life on social — fun, bold, disruptive, and impossible to ignore.

Stay close to our customers
Celebrate our customers publicly, engage in their conversations, and turn their success into our storytelling. You’ll build authentic relationships that strengthen Zappi’s voice in the industry and open new doors.

Run ABM-aligned social plays
Collaborate with Customer Marketing and BDRs to build visibility and engagement within key accounts — expanding relationships through content that inspires action.

Grow our reach through people
Lead Zappi’s employee advocacy program and make participation simple, rewarding, and fun. You’ll help Zappsters become confident brand ambassadors and extend our voice far beyond the corporate feed.

Turn strategy into rhythm
Build the systems, guardrails, and workflows that bring our social strategy to life—balancing creative freedom with consistent execution.

Think outward, not inward
Shift our focus from internal updates to external relevance — joining conversations that matter, jumping into industry moments, and showing up where our audience already is. At Zappi, you’ll work on some of the most rewarding and visible campaigns a social marketer can dream of — from Cannes to the Super Bowl.

Be a bridge, not a bulletin board
Partner with Creative, PMM, BDRs, Customer Marketing, and Creative to make social the front door to our brand — amplifying launches, events, and thought leadership without becoming an internal announcement channel.

Listen, learn, and adapt fast
Use insights and performance data to refine content, identify what truly resonates, and double down on what moves the needle.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

* 5–7+ years of experience leading social media for a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
brand — owning both strategy and execution.
* Ownership energy. You’re autonomous, proactive, and comfortable being a one-person powerhouse — but you thrive in collaboration.
* A growth mindset — you see social not as a content stream but as a business lever. You experiment, measure, and iterate fast.
* A sense of play. You bring energy, wit, and creativity to your work. You know that serious impact doesn’t require taking yourself too seriously.
* Proven success building programs like employee advocacy, ABM-aligned social, or customer storytelling — not just channels or calendars.
* Sharp editorial instincts. You can write crisp, scroll-stopping copy and direct designers or editors to bring ideas to life in social-native formats.
* Deep platform fluency. You understand LinkedIn inside out — algorithms, analytics, and the nuances of what earns engagement.
* Cross-functional confidence. You can influence peers across Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Creative, and Demand Gen — aligning priorities without losing focus.
* Data curiosity. You don’t just report metrics; you turn insights into smarter experiments and clear decisions.
* Voice and tone mastery. You know how to translate a brand’s personality into social content that feels human and real.
* AI fluency. You experiment with AI tools to boost creativity, speed up workflows, and uncover insights — using technology as an ally, not a crutch.



Benefits

* Salary range £70,000 - £80,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually.
* Unlimited holidays – we want well rested and motivated teams so encourage people to take plenty of time off. We don’t cap your allowance but do set a minimum of at least 20 days per year plus national holidays.
