How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four (following successfully passing 6 months’ probation with terms and conditions applied)?

Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or the equivalent).

If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Chestnut Hill School in Flintshire. You will deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Additionally, you will coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team.

Our Clinical Team aims to support a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive, always prioritizing their wellbeing. Our settings uphold strong safeguarding standards, and pupils are involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible. We seek a Clinical Lead who shares our vision to empower vulnerable individuals and build positive futures.
