Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Co-ordinator Location: Birmingham Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Job Type: Full Time Our client, a well established construction subcontractor, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Co-ordinator to join their commercial team based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management and coordination of a number of projects from contract award through to final account. The role will involve working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure effective cost control, contractual compliance and successful project delivery.
