The Role Executive & Diary Support As the backbone of the General Manager's day, you'll ensure their time is well-managed and their schedule runs smoothly. You will: Manage the General Manager's diary, scheduling meetings, interviews, appraisals, and internal reviews Coordinate travel and prepare detailed itineraries for all flights, trains, and accommodation Process the General Manager's monthly expenses and assist with related finance administration Office & Operations Coordination You'll be a central point of contact for day-to-day office logistics, keeping everything organised and running without a hitch: Organise meeting logistics, including setup, catering, and equipment for both internal and external meetings Manage office supplies and ensure the working environment is well-maintained and prepared Coordinate company events and team-building activities for office-based and field-based staff alike Cross-Departmental Administrative Support A varied, wide-reaching role with meaningful touchpoints across the business: Support internal coordination and administrative tasks across departments Track and collate key internal reports from the sales team, including weekly, monthly and business plans Administrative HR support, including coordinating interview logistics and assisting with internal HR processes Accounts administration cover during periods of absence within the finance team Invoicing, receipt allocation, credit control reminders, and supplier invoice administration as required What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident managing competing priorities.
