Parts Sales Manager - Swansea
1. Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, pending experience and current earnings. Access to a performance-related bonus worth up to £500 per month.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm

Our client, a leading and growing motor parts factor with close to 40 sites across the UK, requires an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Sales Manager to join their Swansea site following a promotion!
You will report to the Branch Manager & Assistant Branch Manager and work as part of a friendly team where your responsibilities shall include:
4. Lead a sales team with both counter and Telesales experience.
5. Responsible for finding new business and managing frequent accounts.
6. Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
7. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
8. Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
9. Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.
10. Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
11. Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Swansea. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a form of telesales or trade parts. A full UK License is essential for this role.
