About the Role:
As our Nursery Manager, you'll be the captain of our happy little ship — leading a passionate team, building strong relationships with families, and creating an environment where children thrive and staff feel inspired. You'll ensure we meet all the right standards (and then some) while making every day feel special.

* A Level 3 (or above) in Early Years or Childcare
* Previous nursery leadership or deputy manager experience
* A warm, confident communicator and people-person
* A calm head and a kind heart — even during glitter explosions
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding
