We are looking for a Catering Sales Controller to join our team and help drive the success of our catering sales.
In this pivotal role, you will champion best practices, influence key decision-makers, and ensure the catering sales plan is executed across your region. Your ability to develop and lead teams, and your focus on maximising sales and profit, will be key to driving results.

You will be responsible for
* Driving sales – exceeding regional sales and profit targets through clear strategic planning.
* Lead and Develop Teams – Inspire, lead and coach the Catering Sales team with clear development plans; ensure teams consistently exceed sales and profit objectives.
* Achieve Key Objectives – Drive sales and deliver on budgets; focus on customer and colleague satisfaction.
* Champion Growth Opportunities – Lead best-practice initiatives across regional branches to maximize growth and customer experience.
* Influence Senior Stakeholders – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of the Catering Sales Plan.
* Customer-Focused Results – Engage with customer insights to enhance the experience and understand top regional customers.
* Maximise Resources for Profit – Use available resources to maximise sales and profitability within the region.
* Sponsorship of Talent – Own talent development and succession planning to maintain a high-performing team.
* Build a Results-Driven Culture – Foster performance-driven growth across the business.
You will need
* Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams, ideally within the food/catering sector (open to other sectors).
* Experience implementing and executing strategies that maximise sales, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* A commercially focused mindset with the ability to translate insights into profitable actions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A passion for growth and the ability to coach your team to exceed objectives.
