In this ake responsibility for key construction engineering aspects of site projects, with an initial focus on our exciting new housing and commercial developments in the East Midlands.

THE ROLE:
*Managing subcontractors, materials, and the programme
Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.
maintaining accurate site records

THE PERSON:
*3+ years' experience as a site engineer on residential builds, ideally with some commercial build experience.
*Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Management, or similar.
*Full UK driving license
*Valid site cards would be desirable
