A forward-thinking digital marketing and technology agency with a global team of creative strategists, technologists, and marketing experts. They are currently seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth for our portfolio of international clients.
About the Role
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies for multinational B2B and B2C clients. You will take ownership of SEO planning, technical audits, performance analysis, and client consultation, helping clients build strong data-driven foundations for sustainable growth. Strong communication, data storytelling, and consultative skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* SEO Strategy and Execution
* Lead the planning and implementation of SEO strategies across international and local markets using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and other industry platforms.
* Technical SEO and Content Optimization
* Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits, perform keyword research, optimise content, analyse site structure, and recommend website improvements.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting
* Monitor key SEO performance metrics and deliver insights through intuitive BI tools and reports tailored for stakeholders beyond standard SEO KPIs.
* Cross-Channel Collaboration
* Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with broader digital marketing efforts and campaigns.
* Client Consultation and Communication
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on SEO best practices, strategy, and digital growth opportunities.
* AI Readiness
* Stay up to date with industry developments in AI and advise on how SEO strategies should evolve to maintain a competitive edge.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, execution, and analysis.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
* Proven experience in client-facing consultancy and marketing performance reporting.
* Strong understanding of the intersection between SEO, content, and PR.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise workload.
