We are currently working with a successful software business based in the heart of Bracknell. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.
Top earners in this team are earning in excess of £80k++

Role Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media from LinkedIn to telephone.
* Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
* Pitching the software through online demos and over the telephone
* Ensure that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded.
* Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice.

Skills and Experience:
* B2B sales experience is essential
* Self-motivated and resilient individual
* Be able to plan and prioritise as required
* Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
