Project Manager Cornwall - Truro I am working with a highly successful regional contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee several refurbishment and new build projects within the Cornwall region. Working across multiple sectors, which will include heritage, MoD, commercial and educational and industrial up to £6m. To be considered for this role you will need Project / Contracts Management experience within the refurbishment and new build sectors and have a successful track record in project delivery, leading and coordinating multiple schemes. Duties will include: * Project planning and pre-construction engagement – setting time scales * Project mobilisation and site setup - programme, planning – safe and timely delivery * Excellent construction phase implementation and delivery – management of direct labour and subcontractors * Continual communication, to successful completion and handover of projects – site teams and client liaison Suitable candidates: * A proven track record managing multiple projects up to £4m * NVQ 6/7, Degree in a construction related subject - desirable * SMSTS, CSCS White / Black Card, full Driving License * Candidates must be willing to undergo enhanced DBS/security clearance. * Excellent communication and IT skills are a must Offering a long stream of ongoing local work within the Cornwall region.
