Salary circa £27,000- £28,000

We are currently supporting a well established professional services business in Manchester with the recruitment of a Accounts Assistant on a temporary, circa 6 week contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can hit the ground running and support a busy finance team during this period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash allocation and posting receipts
• Processing credit notes
• Handling account queries and resolving discrepancies
• Processing employee expenses
• Filing and maintaining remittance advice documentation
• Providing general support to the finance team as required

About You:

• Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with good problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Available to start immediately
