French speaking Sales Support
Location: Market Harborough
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
Offer administrative support for the export sales department
The Role:
– Answer customers’ enquiries and provide quotations for both French and English markets
– Handle shipping and logistics to ensure efficient product deliveries
– Communicate with external parties like couriers, freight forwarders, partners etc.
– Data input and maintain up to date information on CRM systems
– Order processing and other admin duties as required
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in an admin and/or customer orientated role
– Strong customer service and organisational skills
– Proactive attitude and self-motivated candidate
– IT literate
